Do you need more tools to do better work?
Think about it this way.

A bad photographer is still bad with the best camera. And a great photographer can make magic from a small gear.
A bad guitarist is still bad, even with a Fender Stratocaster. The guitar doesn't play the chords…
A bad leader is still subpar in the best of board/meeting rooms.
Celine Dion will make great music in her room, in a car, in the studio, in a concert, or even in the middle of an interview.
Although they help, it’s less about the tools.
Our skills shine through the tools, not the other way round
It’s easy and tempting to think that you need more tools to do better work and maybe you do, but you probably need a skill check first.
…maybe you just need to grind a bit more
How are you thinking? What’s your process? What new method have you learned? How fast are you? How disciplined are you?
