Life-changing practices we seldom engage in

Perhaps we should do more probing… or reflecting

In fact, scheduling time for reflection periodically can set us up for success.

I recently set up time in my calendar to do this weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

What am I doing? I mean, what is everything that I’m doing?

What is going well? What’s not going well?

What can be better? How do I make it better?

What should I stop doing? What should I do more?

Where do my strengths lie?

What am I spending more time on?

What can I delegate?

What am I more interested in?

What’s the way forward on this?

Where am I, on the road to where I want to be?

You don't have to ask all these but setting up a time (periodically) to reflect on all the moving pieces in your life and how to manage them better can be life-changing

The results are clarity, direction, and confidence
