This is how you’re hurting your confidence
And you should stop

I found an interesting post by Nurain Takuma on Instagram on self-confidence and he was right.
There are certain habits that plant a virus in your self-confidence and you should practice not doing them.
- You care too much about what others think of you, stopping you from pursuing things that matter to you.
If your pursuit is meaningful, if it makes you and others better, if it makes change happen on many positive levels…
It’s not uncommon to worry about what others might think about the changes you will make and the person you will become but you have to practice not caring. - You compare yourself to other people.
That’s a race to the bottom. There won’t be a time when there's a scarcity of people to compare yourself to.
How about you compare who you are now to who you used to be or take a look at where you are now and where you want to be and get to the work that is required to get there? - You play the victim.
When you play the victim, you come off as though, there’s nothing you can do or could have done and you become powerless.
Taking responsibility gives room for growth and that +1 on your confidence.
Maybe you don't need to do much more, you just need to not do these.
