What is wrong with you?
A question worth answering

Did you ever flare up at the sound of that question?
Well, I did, but then I figured, I shouldn’t have because it’s a great question.
It is the question you ask before you fix a thing.
Here’s how to use this amazing question to your advantage, don’t flare-up. When asked, no matter how, simply pause and ask yourself, “what is wrong with me?”
When you do, chances are, you would have avoided a negative response and whatever answer you come up with, it’ll be something that has to do with you, not the other person and then you get a chance to work on it. A chance to be better.
It could be as simple as “I'm hungry”
Here’s another thing I found. The question doesn’t only precede fixing, it can also destroy a thing.
It can because it could be a trigger for ugly words, and sometimes, when you ask, you really don’t ask, what you are saying is “I’m about to unleash my anger on you”
Let’s try something
